Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Machine Operator in Loveland, CO to operate and set up machinery according to production specifications. The role requires attention to quality, the ability to troubleshoot, and adherence to safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to wear PPE at all times.
• Comfortable around moving/heated equipment and moderate noise.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Inspect materials and products to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure operations meet standards.
• Enter information into production systems accurately.
• Follow assigned work schedules, production sequences, and goals.
• Ensure work area complies with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Follow all safety, conduct, and attendance rules (PPE mandatory).

Pay Range: $19 - $20/hr
Location: Loveland, CO
Shift: 2pm to 10pm Monday - Friday
