Job summary

Regal Rexnord is hiring for an onsite manufacturing role in our climate-controlled facility. You will set up, operate and monitor production machines, following established procedures and using precision measuring tools.

The position requires reading work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams in English, with at least one year of related experience and strong reliability to meet customer demands. We offer a very competitive benefits package, including day-one 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams in English.
• Minimum one-year previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong reliability and the ability to meet schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, Gemba boards, and verbal as well as written instructions.
• Set up, adjust and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Use calipers, micrometers, depth & height gauges, Sunnen gauges & plug gauges, hand tools and operate manual machines.
• Set up and/or verify preset gauges for proper calibration as required, inspect own work to ensure quality and quantity standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality records.

Key Accountabilities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Rotate between multiple machines, able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally and stand for an entire shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
