Job summary

Qualtronics, a leading manufacturer of wire harnesses and cable assemblies, is seeking a Wire Cutter to join our production team. The role focuses on operating wire cutting and cable machines to meet production standards, with a Monday–Friday shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

You will inspect cut wires, organize outputs for efficiency, and uphold ISO requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, strong English communication, and the ability to manage workload while maintaining

We are currently seeking a Wire Cutter to join our production team!

Shift

Schedule: M-F 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Pay

Compensation: $16/hr + $1 shift differential

Essential Duties

• Operate wire cutting and cable machine(s) to produce wire in accordance with production documentation and standards
• Examine cut wires to ensure wires are in accordance with production standards
• Organize cut wires for production efficiencies
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Detect and report machine malfunctions promptly to management
• Complete production documentation in accordance with production standards
• Notify management of material defects
• Manage one’s own work load for maximum efficiency
• Adhere to all ISO requirements related to their area
• Use tools and equipment properly to minimize downtime and tool breakage
• Perform other duties reasonably related to the position as assigned
