Machine Operator
Pay Rate/Range $24.50 /hr based on shift
2nd shift is $24.50 per hour - 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Location: Chanhassen, MN
Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery for quality and performance.

• Adjust machines and maintain equipment using provided tools.

• Handle production, quality inspection, and mailing of goods.

• Maintain production logs, inventory, and ISO documentation.

• Shred destruction materials and stock materials for production.

• Clean shop floor weekly.

• Assist other operators and ensure smooth shift transitions.

• Communicate issues with the supervisor or manager.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

• Strong communication skills and basic math knowledge.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, typing).

• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and document tasks.

• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Technical experience preferred.

• Ability to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance.

Physical Demands

• Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise.

• Use safety gear (e.g., shoes, glasses) as required.

• Must distinguish colors and handle repetitive motions.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
