Perform all mechanical measurements related to rebuilding motor components and tooling. Operate and maintain equipment such as:

1. Milling Machine
2. Lathe Machine (Set-up and Operation)
3. Drill Press (vertical and radial)
4. Undercutting machines and tools (Automatic and Manual)
5. Balancing Machine
6. Brush Plating Machine (SIFCO)

Perform related duties as assigned. Must possess a valid General Machinist Certificate of Qualification and a Certificate of Apprenticeship, typically obtained through Grade 12 technical school education or equivalent (HS Diploma/GED). Must have mechanical or electrical aptitude and overhead crane experience. Welding experience is a plus. Experience with mill machines, lathes, or drill presses is required. Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and read blueprints. A minimum of two years experience in a related industry is necessary. Steel toe boots are mandatory. Note: Various pre-employment screenings, including background and drug tests, will be required upon employment offer.
