Superior Industries is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our production team in a fast-paced setting. You will operate manufacturing equipment, ensure on-time completion of orders, and maintain quality through precise measurement and diligent upkeep of the workspace.

Qualifications

• Read tape measurements with accuracy including 1/8", 1/16", 1/32" and convert inches to decimals.
• Maintain focus on quality while achieving production targets.
• Endure repetitive tasks with consistent precision throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment at full capacity while following safety rules.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Use basic math and tape measures to take and verify measurements.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and keep a clean workspace.
• Monitor equipment health and report major repairs to maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

A Machine Operator is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Production & Safety: Operate manufacturing equipment at full capacity while strictly adhering to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Quality Control: Ensure all job orders are completed on schedule and meet or exceed company quality standards through precise operation.
• Technical Literacy: Utilize general mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to operate machinery and take accurate measurements with a standard 20' tape measure.
• Equipment Care: Perform daily preventative maintenance and maintain a clean workspace to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Team Communication: Monitor equipment health, maintain housekeeping, and promptly report major repair needs to the maintenance department.
