Eagle Performance Plastics in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet precise specifications in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
Experience operating machines in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of CNC machines to produce parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for setup.
Set up and adjust machines per job requirements and quality standards.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance and inspect finished products for quality.
Maintain accurate records of settings, production numbers, and maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety standards and work collaboratively to meet goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate a variety of CNC machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machine setups and operations.
Set up and adjust machines according to job requirements and quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
Adhere to safety standards and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production numbers, and maintenance activities.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience operating machines in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
Strong understanding of machining techniques, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to follow instructions carefully.
