Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
• Experience operating machines in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of CNC machines to produce parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for setup.
• Set up and adjust machines per job requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspect finished products for quality.
• Maintain accurate records of settings, production numbers, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety standards and work collaboratively to meet goals.
