Job summary

Astemo, Ltd. in Greenfield, IN, is seeking a Machine Technical Associate to support production manufacturing through root cause analysis and implementation of machine repair countermeasures and recovery.

This role focuses on the new IPM Department on 1st Shift and aims to improve manufacturing proficiency to meet plant goals and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure reliable machinery, drive uptime, and mentor associates while planning projects

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: CNC and PLC systems and programming knowledge; robots; casting, machining or assembly knowledge; machines, valves and vacuum systems knowledge; processes in casting, machining or assembly.
