Job summary

MiTek in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain stamping presses, conveyors and material handling systems. You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and safety.

You will work with operations to implement improvements, document maintenance in CMMS, and ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout and other safety protocols while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Technical training in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics is a plus.
Ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints for diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Maintain maintenance records and work orders in CMMS.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
Ensure safety compliance including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime and quality.
