Job summary

MiTek Industries is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on high-speed stamping presses and material handling equipment, while supporting safe, reliable plant operations.

The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and participation in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Technical training in mechanical/industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field is a plus.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in CMMS.
• Follow safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
