You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation and minimal downtime, with responsibilities spanning setup support and documentation of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, mechanically inclined and dependable.
• Not entry-level; prior industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Performing preventative and routine maintenance.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Repairing or replacing worn and damaged machine components.
• Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
• Performing equipment adjustments and assisting with machine setup as needed.
• Inspecting machinery to identify potential problems before breakdowns occur.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Documenting completed maintenance and repairs as required.
