Penn United Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated full-time Machine Maintenance Specialist to perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and inspections across our facilities.

This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently. The position requires hands-on mechanical and electrical work, including CNC equipment maintenance, bearing replacements, and hydraulic/pneumatic system wiring.

Qualifications

• 5 years machining-equipment maintenance experience (electronics, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, bearings, and 3 phase wiring) is required.
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
• Safety measures related to mechanical and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative, predictive maintenance on equipment and facility systems with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and perform electrical and mechanical repairs on machinery (including CNC machines).
• Install, repair, rebuild and relocate precision machining equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform electrical and mechanical repairs on machine components.
• Connect wiring and hydraulic lines to install electrical and hydraulic components.
• Set up and operate machines to verify conformance of machined parts to specifications.
• Fabricate needed parts for equipment repairs.

Machine Maintenance Specialist

Penn United Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and skilled full-time Machine Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible to perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various equipment and systems throughout our companys facilities. This role involves following preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs to ensure that all machinery and systems remain in safe and proper working order. The Machine Maintenance Specialist plays a vital role by keeping our machinery & equipment operating at peak performance.

What Youll Do :

• Perform routine preventative, predictive maintenance on equipment and/or facility systems, ensuring proper documentation and on-time completion.
• Troubleshoot and perform electrical & mechanical repairs on machinery (including CNC machines) such as rebuilding motors, pumps, replacing bearings, etc
• Install, repair, rebuild and relocate precision machining equipment
• Troubleshoot and perform electrical & mechanical repairs on machine components
• Connect wiring & hydraulic lines to install electrical and hydraulic components
• Set up and operate machines to verify conformance of machined parts to specifications.
• Fabricate needed parts for equipment repairs

Qualifications

What Were Looking For :

• 5 years machining-equipment maintenance experience (electronics, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, bearings, and 3 phase wiring) is required
• Solid knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
• Thorough knowledge of methods, tools, practices & safety measures related to mechanical and electrical work
• Technical degree related to industrial maintenance or Mechatronics strongly preferred
• Must be able to be on your feet for up to 9 hours/day
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
