Tailored Management is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician – Group 3 for 16505 W 113th St, Lenexa, KS 66219. The role pays $27/hr plus a $1/hr shift differential, with Monday–Friday 2:30pm–10:30pm shifts and a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, disassembly and part replacement, and keeping machinery running smoothly. Basic qualifications include eligibility to work in the USA, 2 years of machine maintenance experience, and a solid understanding of

Pay rate: $27/hr + $1/hr shift differential
Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
Contract Length: 3 Months

Basic Qualifications (BQs):

• Education and Experience: 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA with 2 years prior machine maintenance experience.

• Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs):

• Education: HS/GED
• Experience: 3 years prior machine maintenance experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions and engineering specifications.
