Job summary

Staff Perm, LLC is seeking an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair complex machinery in a dynamic industrial setting. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, disassembling, and replacing parts on mechanical and electrical equipment, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:30pm to 10:30pm and a $1/hr shift differential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Join our team as an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician and apply your expertise in maintaining and repairing complex machinery in a dynamic industrial setting.

As an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, and root cause evaluation. You will disassemble machines, repair or replace broken parts, and adjust functional components as necessary. This contract position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 2:30pm to 10:30pm with competitive hourly pay plus shift differential.

• PAY RATE: $27/hr $1/hr shift differential
• LOCATION: Lenexa, KS 66219
• SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm

• Minimum of 2 years prior machine maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding of complex machinery.
• Experience using basic hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of machine tools and their use.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years prior machine maintenance experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills preferred.
• Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications preferred.
