The role supports the Machine Line Supervisor and Operations Manager to develop and sustain a high-performing team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing line or team in a production environment.
• Understanding of safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Ability to train and rotate team members.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that Safety, Productivity, and Quality are maintained on the line.
• Verify procedures and instructions are followed (SOPs, Work Instructions).
• Monitor housekeeping and 5S practices.
• Coordinate maintenance and tooling for smooth operation.
• Lead training and rotation of Machine Line Specialists to build a strong team.
• Facilitate communication across operations, shifts, and teams.
• Plan changes to minimize disruption and improve productivity.
• Ensure accurate logging of productivity and scrap data.
