Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience (2+ years if you have a PhD).
• 2+ years in ML, RecSys, AI, or related field.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Hack.
• Experience building ML models at scale.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and Java, or scripting languages (Python, Perl, PHP, shells).
• Track record of setting technical direction and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience designing, building, or deploying recommendation systems (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid).
• Experience delivering high-quality, reliable work.
• Experience with code reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and proactive changes.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent.

• Implement custom user interfaces using latest programming techniques.
