Qualifications

• Опыт применения ML в продакшне, с упором на DL и практическое использование
• Опыт работы с обучением моделей на нескольких GPUs в распределённых средах
• Понимание жизненного цикла ПО, пайплайны данных и observability
• Опыт или интерес к MLOps-инструментам
• Способность давать технические рекомендации и делиться знаниями

Responsibilities

• Build and improve causal algorithms for pricing and customer targeting
• Drive the implementation and deployment of large-scale solutions alongside scientists
• Deploy batch and online machine learning models at high scale
• Develop and improve code and technology, and contribute to the conception of new features
• Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their technical progress
• Contribute to the team's technical direction, establish ML standards, drive quality across the ML community, and share expertise

Требования

• Experience applying machine learning in production, with exposure to deep learning techniques and their practical use
• Experience with deep learning and distributed computing frameworks for large-scale models
• Familiarity with training models across multiple GPUs using distributed or parallel approaches, or a strong interest in developing this expertise
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering practices, including data pipelines, CI/CD, containerisation, and observability
• Experience or interest in MLOps tooling
• Comfortable providing technical guidance, mentoring, or knowledge sharing and contributing to wider engineering initiatives
