Quora is a globally distributed, remote-first platform known for knowledge sharing. We are seeking an ML Engineer to advance ranking models across feed, notifications, and digests, owning end-to-end ML systems and collaborating with a smart, cross-functional team.

You will work on data pipelines, features, and model training to deliver performant recommendations that improve user experience while operating in a remote-first environment that values transparency and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with recommendation or ranking models.
• Strong understanding of mathematical foundations of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience building end-to-end machine learning systems.
