You will work on data pipelines, features, and model training to deliver performant recommendations that improve user experience while operating in a remote-first environment that values transparency and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with recommendation or ranking models.
• Strong understanding of mathematical foundations of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience building end-to-end machine learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Improve existing ML ranking models for feed and notifications.
• Own end-to-end ML systems including data pipelines and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with other ML engineers to implement efficient algorithms.
