Mimica is an AI-powered process intelligence platform that helps enterprises reclaim time by analyzing workflows and generating AI agents to automate tasks. The team is fully remote with a distributed setup across many countries, prioritizing ownership and transparent communication.

As a Data Intelligence researcher, you will own critical parts of ML pipelines, develop LLM evaluation systems, and run experiments to improve model accuracy, cost-efficiency, and trust in production deployments.

Qualifications

• An experiment- and data-driven researcher mindset with strong coding habits.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs in production or near-production settings.
• Strong Python skills and the ability to work independently on ambiguous problems.

• Join the Data Intelligence team to transform raw recorded data into clean, structured, anonymized data.
• Own key parts of ML pipelines end to end and make them more accurate, cost-efficient, and trustworthy.
• Work on applied, LLM-heavy problems including evaluating and fine-tuning models.

Day-to-Day:
