Base pay range

$153,000.00/yr - $244,700.00/yr

We are expanding our team of motivated technologists with a proven track record of delivering results in technology consulting. We are looking for a Machine Learning Architect with experience in cloud (AWS preferred) who is passionate about helping customers build AI/ML solutions at scale. As an experienced technologist with technical depth and breadth, and strong interpersonal skills, you will work directly with customers as part of a delivery team, helping to enable innovation by creating state-of-the-art Machine Learning solutions aligned with business goals.

This role involves responsibilities as a Professional Services Machine Learning Architect and as a hands-on Machine Learning engineer on customer engagements.

The qualified candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking about businesses, create technical definitions around customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies, motivate and mobilize resources, and deliver results. Connecting technology with measurable business value is critical. We seek self-motivated, driven, collaborative team members passionate about machine learning and making a positive impact on our customers' business. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence are essential to develop a cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design machine learning solutions and execute projects from proof-of-concept to deployment in production using cloud-native technologies and state-of-the-art models.
• Work directly with business representatives/customers to understand their requirements.
• Manage all project phases: problem definition, data annotation, model development, deployment, and end-user documentation/training.
• Design ML architecture on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including MLOps.
• Stay updated with latest research and adapt models to solve customer problems.
• Establish credibility through technical excellence and delivering value; develop strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Masters with 10+ years or PhD with 6+ years in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning.
• At least 5+ years of experience architecting and building ML solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in ML models and techniques, including hugging face, TensorFlow/PyTorch, transformers, prompt engineering, LLMs.
• Strong Python coding skills and architectural knowledge like microservices.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and project planning from inception to deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
