Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI, is seeking an Iron Foundry Operator to join our manufacturing team. This 2nd shift role runs 12:00PM - 8:18PM with occasional overtime and offers day 1 benefits and competitive compensation, including a $26.47 hourly rate and a $1.50 shift premium.

Competitive Compensation: $2647, plus $1.50 shift premium

We are looking for an Iron Foundry Operator to join our team. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Clean areas of the HWS after or during production for the day.
• Replace stopper rod and nozzle on the tundish, and clean under the AP.
• Clean the sand from the muellers.

Skills/Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
