Job summary

Arhaus, LLC. in North Carolina is seeking a Machine Bundler in the Cutting department to accurately bundle cut pieces of fabric and leather from the cutting machine.

You will label each bundle, move them to Sewing, and assist with denim cutting as needed. Candidates should have manufacturing experience and be able to read production tickets, stand for long shifts, and work weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a production ticket.
• Must have good vision.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to work safely with a variety of cutting supplies.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand/walk for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to work Weekends and Overtime.
• Must be reliable.

POSITION DETAILS

JOB PURPOSE
The Machine Bundler is responsible for accurately bundling cut pieces of fabric and leather from the cutting machine operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately Put cut pieces of fabric/leather from cutting machines together into a bundle.
• Correctly label and tag each bundle.
• Carry / Push bundles to the Sewing department.
• Cut denim as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager

WORKING CONDITIONS
Heated and cooled furniture manufacturing plant with concrete floors.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Manufacturing Experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in furniture manufacturing preferred.

Less than High School
