Responsibilities

1. Ensure quality assurance by inspecting products and escalating quality issues.
2. Perform 2-hour visual checks as required.
3. Monitor injection machines' production and pack products.
4. Maintain injection machine production and escalate issues to the Shift Leader and Technical Team.
5. Ensure boxes are properly filled, taped, and labeled.
6. Use label maker/barcode scanners and apply labels maintaining their integrity.
7. Stack full boxes on pallets and monitor secondary equipment such as conveyors, closing machines, grinders, bowls, carousels, and box shifters.
8. Maintain secondary equipment and escalate issues as needed.
9. Remove jammed parts from closing machines.
10. Complete required documentation and follow safety and cleanliness protocols.
11. Track productivity and quality findings.
12. Support company policies including ISO/BRC standards, health and safety, and continuous improvement.
13. Adapt to major changes in work tasks or environment effectively.
14. Be aware of conditions affecting employee safety.

Qualifications

3. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs; vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
4. Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
