Job summary

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, device onboarding via MDM/RMM tools, and collaboration with senior engineers. Applicants should have 2+ years in tech support and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional technical support experience in a managed services or Apple-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS, Windows 10/11 in business contexts, and MDM platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and security awareness in client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for macOS, iOS, Windows, and common business apps via phone, email, chat, and remote access.
• Diagnose hardware, software, peripheral, printer, and connectivity issues for Apple and Windows endpoints.
• Configure and onboard devices using MDM/RMM tools and manage user provisioning and licenses.
• Support identity management (Azure AD, Okta, JumpCloud) including MFA and SSO troubleshooting.
• Monitor alerts from RMM and endpoint security tools and document steps in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier II/III as needed and contribute to knowledge sharing and runbooks.
