The role emphasizes practical, hands-on tasks rather than theory. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of professional or freelance experience, or are currently enrolled in Masters studies in film, animation, or digital media.

Qualifications

• Must own a MacBook or Mac with Apple M-series or Intel, macOS 15 or higher.
• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• Experience in modeling, texturing, animation, editing, color grading, or motion graphics; a reel or portfolio is a plus.
• 2-3 years of professional or freelance experience or enrolled Masters studies; or Bachelor plus 2-3 years.
• Ability to clearly explain creative decisions while working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete and narrate real 3D and video editing tasks on your Mac for AI model training data.
• Work with a low-pressure internship-style environment; not high-pressure like full-time consulting.
• Part-time commitment of approximately 10-20 hours per week.
• Immediate start preferred.
