Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for MAC to maximize sales by engaging guests, performing makeup demonstrations, and recommending products in a high-energy environment. You will maintain brand standards, train in-store events, and support guest experiences across MAC offerings.

The role requires professional makeup artistry skills, strong guest service, and a proactive approach to learning product knowledge and brand promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license as required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates competency in sales, products and service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain a strong guest base and loyalty.
• Provide makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and lessons.
