Job summary

Ulta Beauty MAC Specialty Artist is responsible for maximizing MAC brand sales by engaging guests, assisting with product selection, and maintaining store standards. The role supports the Experience Manager through service, people, and process, requiring professional makeup artistry and strong guest service.

The position entails brand training, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a focus on trends, product knowledge, and guest experiences

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
• Provide makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons to MAC and Ulta Beauty guests.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to policies and standards.
