Qualifications

• MS in Materials Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with board level reliability testing: Mechanical Stress, Shock/Drop/Vibration, Environmental tests.
• Ability to apply failure analysis methods to derive root causes and analyze life data.
• Knowledge of board level design, DFM and reliability best practices for components.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor packaging, SLI reliability, bonding materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concise and detailed test plans and reports.
• Perform statistical data analysis to assess design risks.
• Research technologies to identify potential failure modes.
• Prioritize and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
• Provide design input to improve product reliability.
• Communicate results with cross-functional teams.
