Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist – MAC to maximize MAC brand sales by engaging guests and delivering personalized makeup services. You will demonstrate products, build client relationships, and maintain high-store standards while supporting in-store events and promotions.

The role requires makeup artistry skills, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge across MAC and Ulta Beauty brands, while collaborating with the EM and store team.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, makeup techniques and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Provide personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons for guests.
• Serve as a MAC brand ambassador and share product knowledge with team and guests.
• Maintain store standards, participate in trainings, and support in-store events.
