Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Artist – MAC to maximize MAC brand sales by engaging guests and delivering expert makeup artistry and skincare guidance.

You will support the Experience Manager with service, events and guest experience while representing Ulta Beauty and the MAC brand to customers. You will stay informed on products, trends, and promotions, build an active clientele, and maintain high store standards including hygiene and replenishment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales, product knowledge and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Maintain brand standards, inventory, hygiene and promotional displays.
• Build an active MAC guest clientele and upsell services.
• Attend brand trainings and stay updated on trends and products.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive MAC brand sales.
