Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for the MAC brand to maximize sales, engage guests, and deliver expert makeup demonstrations. You will represent MAC and Ulta Beauty, support the Experience Manager, and drive guest satisfaction through personalized service and product knowledge.

The role requires professional makeup artistry skills, strong guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product details. Flexible schedule and participation in in-store events are expected.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma is preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• Strong sales/guest service and product knowledge.
• Willingness to attend brand trainings and events.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and loyalty members.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations and lessons to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.
• Stay informed about promotions, trends, and product knowledge.
• Maintain store standards and participate in events and promotions.
