Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for MAC to maximize brand sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences in-store. You will perform makeup demonstrations, analyze skin and needs, and provide personalized consultations in line with MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.

You will stay informed on trends, participate in trainings, maintain store presentation, and build lasting guest relationships while supporting events and promotions to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications and lessons for MAC/Ulta Beauty.
• Maintain guest relationships and loyalty through personalized service.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge; participate in trainings.
• Keep store area clean, replenished and compliant with standards.
