Job summary

Overlake Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician to join the Surgical Pre-Admission (SPA) unit in a part-time 0.8 FTE daytime role in Bellevue, WA. The position requires MA-C or Interim MA-C certification or CNA/MA-R eligibility, CPR/BLS, and EMR experience (EPIC preferred).

Successful candidates will provide compassionate pre-admission support, accurate documentation, and friendly interaction with patients.

Qualifications

• Requires Medical Assistant certification (MA-C) or Interim MA-C per WA state standards.
• CNA/Patient Care Tech route requires NA-C and MA-R licensure post hire; CPR/BLS required.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and basic medical terminology preferred.
