Job summary

CITITRENDS seeks an IS Systems Engineer focused on M365 and Azure to join our growing IT team in a fast‑moving retail environment. You will drive cloud modernization, optimize Microsoft 365 services, and help build secure, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration in an enterprise setting, strong Entra ID experience, Intune/Endpoint Manager, and Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power BI a plus).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management.
• Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager and modern device management.
• Hands‑on scripting/automation with PowerShell.
• Security, compliance knowledge (DLP, retention, audit, eDiscovery).
• Experience supporting cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Proficiency in cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
• Manage identity and access through Entra ID (Azure AD) and RBAC.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Strengthen security, compliance, and governance across M365 and Azure.
• Support endpoint management (Intune) and device strategy.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Build automation solutions using PowerShell to improve efficiency.
• Partner cross‑functionally to deliver projects and support store technology.
• Contribute to AI enablement initiatives with governance considerations.
