E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated M365 Automation & SharePoint Solutions Engineer to join our Washington, DC team as a full-time employee. The role focuses on modernizing workflows, UI components with SPFx and React, and elevating data visualization with Power BI for enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across SharePoint on-prem and Online, Power Platform, and modern UI development, with a security‑minded approach to modernization and migration in cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Strong automation and scripting with PowerShell; C# may supplement.
• Experience migrating from SharePoint Server to SharePoint Online.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for SharePoint and Power Platform users.
• Diagnose issues related to permissions, site architecture, and governance across SharePoint environments.
• Troubleshoot legacy workflows and legacy customizations; elevate to senior engineers when needed.
• Support licensing, permission structures, and governance discussions with customers.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions and follow-ups in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex issues and improve knowledge articles.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to a stable support ecosystem.

Summary

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven M365 Automation & SharePoint Solutions Engineerto be a full-time employee in Washington, DC to join our innovative and customer-focused team.

Position Overview

In addition to workflow modernization, this role supports the redevelopment of custom UI components using SPFx and React, enhances data visualization through Power BI, and contributes to the redesign of user‑facing and backend logic that powers business‑critical applications. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver who thrives in modern cloud ecosystems, collaborates effectively with customers, and can independently translate legacy functionality into secure, maintainable M365‑native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for SharePoint and Power Platform users, including issue intake, triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Assist users in diagnosing issues related to SharePoint permissions, site architecture, content access, document management, and Power Platform functionality (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Troubleshoot functional issues in 2013 workflows, SharePoint Designer–based processes, and legacy customizations; elevate to senior engineers when advanced remediation is required.
• Support team, clients, and guide customers in understanding Microsoft licensing, permission structures, and governance across SharePoint 2019, SE, SPO, M365, and specialized environments.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in ticketing systems, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow up actions.
• Collaborate with senior engineering teams to elevate complex issues, convey customer context, and support efficient resolution cycles.
• Proactively identify recurring issues, propose improvements to knowledge articles, and contribute to a stable, well documented support ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring users feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the troubleshooting process.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and SharePoint (on‑prem and/or Online).
• Strong automation and scripting expertise using PowerShell; C# may supplement PowerShell where appropriate.
• Demonstrated ability to convert legacy workflows and forms into cloud‑ready automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience supporting migration efforts from SharePoint Server (SE) to SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency developing and maintaining enterprise dashboards/reports with Power BI.
• Ability to support modern UI development and application refactoring for SPO limitations (e.g., replacing CEWP/custom script solutions with SPFx).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with enterprise customers, translate requirements, and provide modernization recommendations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer (PL‑400) or Functional Consultant (PL‑200) (highly preferred).
• Additional valued credentials: PL‑100 (App Maker), MS‑600 (Microsoft 365 Developer Associate).
• Experience with Dataverse as an evolving enterprise data backend.
• Familiarity with occasional API development or integration scenarios within the M365 ecosystem.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to operate independently in complex modernization and migration environments.
