Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and engineer a regulated cloud-based M365 platform for federal clients. You will handle day-to-day tickets, incidents, and design solutions with security and identity teams.

You will collaborate across security, identity, and engineering, applying DevOps practices to streamline deployments and improve operations, while expanding capabilities like Copilot.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Purview Data Loss Prevention and sensitivity labels.
• Familiarity with Entra ID and Active Directory administration.
• Proficient PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Role overview

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Experience supporting Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, especially Data Loss Prevention and sensitivity labels.
• Familiarity with Entra ID and Active Directory administration.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and the Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong Excel skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking.
• Experience with Exchange Server Subscriber Edition.
