Job summary

Asia Select, Inc. seeks a seasoned M365 Platform Manager to oversee collaboration, messaging, endpoint management, and compliance services while ensuring platform reliability and alignment with business objectives.

The role collaborates with infrastructure, security, networking, and applications teams to deliver a secure, modern digital workplace using Microsoft 365, Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and related tools. A leadership mindset and a strong governance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of enterprise Microsoft infrastructure experience.
• 4+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with 5,000+ users.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Administration and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Develop and execute the Microsoft 365 roadmap, lifecycle management, and service improvement initiatives as needed.
• Manage platform performance, availability, licensing, and capacity planning.
• Partner with security teams to implement Defender, Purview, DLP, retention policies, and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with IAM teams to support Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
• Establish governance standards for collaboration, document management, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate.
• Incident, change, and problem management activities while ensuring SLAs.
