Job summary

The Clearing House in North Carolina is looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Communication Systems Engineer to enhance their Corporate Platform Engineering team. The ideal candidate will manage Exchange and Microsoft Teams, ensuring compliance and security across M365 tools while driving the adoption of SaaS integrations like Jira and ServiceNow.

This role demands a profound understanding of Exchange administration, Microsoft Teams governance, and strong PowerShell skills. Work is primarily onsite three days a week with occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams governance and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and SSO configurations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange environments.
• Configure and optimize Teams policies and governance.
• Design and maintain Purview retention policies across platforms.
• Execute after-hours changes under strict Change Management.
