Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues within SLAs.
• Monitor production environments for quality, capacity, and readiness for deployments.
• Verify transition acceptance criteria and production readiness prior to deployments.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with evolving requirements.
• Support Exchange Online mail environments and provide Tier III assistance.
• Generate Office 365 usage reports and recommend optimizations.
• Mentor support teams and collaborate with stakeholders to address business needs.
