Qualifications

• Experience managing Exchange Online and on-prem environments.
• Strong governance and security posture for M365.
• Experience with SaaS integrations in Teams.
• Familiarity with NIST/ISO/CIS standards for security.
• Ability to document configurations and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Manage Exchange Online and hybrid configurations and mail flow.
• Configure Teams policies, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Design and maintain Purview retention and compliance policies across Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell for M365/Azure environments.
• Follow Change Management processes and document configurations.
