Job summary

Elma Electronic, headquartered in Fremont, CA, seeks a hands-on M365 Client Engineer to lead our modern workplace, focusing on Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint management, and 365 administration. This onsite role supports security, compliance, and productive end-user experiences across our engineering and operations teams.

You will design and deploy device images, manage licenses and identities, provide Tier 1/2 support, and collaborate with IT leadership to strengthen our digital workplace.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Build and manage standardized desktop images, application deployments, and device policies.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Entra ID.
• Administer user accounts, licenses, permissions, and identity management functions.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
