Job summary

Elma Electronic in Fremont, CA is seeking a skilled M365 Client Engineer to drive our modern workplace strategy and deliver a secure, seamless Microsoft 365 experience for employees.

In this onsite role, you will lead Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management, while supporting Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Entra ID, ensuring compliance and strong end-user support.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of IT support, desktop engineering, or endpoint management experience.
• Advanced expertise with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience.
• Advanced Windows operating system troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, user provisioning, group management, and endpoint security.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft MD-102, CompTIA A+, or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Build and manage standardized desktop images, application deployments, and device policies.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Entra ID.
• Administer user accounts, licenses, permissions, and identity management functions.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, docking stations, printers, and related equipment.
• Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and security alerts.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT team members to improve workplace technology and user productivity.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $115,000 annually

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, certifications, education, and business needs.
