Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Typically 8+ years of related Microsoft 365 administration and IAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive in enterprise.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID including CA, PIM, roles, groups.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, least privilege and audit readiness.
• Ability to document technical and governance processes clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and govern Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Design and govern Microsoft Entra ID services including CA, PIM, and groups.
• Partner with security and IT teams to implement governance and access controls.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and admins.
• Create clear SOPs, runbooks, and governance documentation.
• Assess changes for risk, impact, and operational readiness.
• Maintain audit-friendly administration and service ownership records.
• Communicate policy impacts and recommended actions to stakeholders.
