Job summary

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer systems or related field.

• Ability to implement SSO and MFA, and manage RBAC and privilege controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and user identities (Entra ID).
• Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution lists, and mail flow rules.
• Configure and administer SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Plan, design, and implement M365 solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop governance policies, data loss prevention, and compliance settings.
• Provide end-user training and support, and maintain self-service resources.
