Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop training products and enterprise communications for change initiatives.
• Support content modernization and file migrations to M365 apps.
• Create learning products, job aids, and adoption resources.
• Instruct and facilitate workshops in-person and virtually.
• Identify risks and develop change management materials.
• Coordinate with teams and SMEs to simplify complex topics.
• Maintain records and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
