Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to join our IT team. You will administer, optimize, and extend the Microsoft 365 collaboration stack, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID, with a strong development mindset.

The role emphasizes building automations, scripting workflows, and integrating M365 services programmatically using PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate, and Power Apps to improve operations and end-user experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical role.
Experience in technology infrastructure such as Infrastructure, Systems, Databases, or similar.
Experience designing/configuring/administrating complex technical solutions to fix business problems/issues.
Experience mentoring less experienced team members and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize the full Microsoft 365 collaboration stack including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID.
Design and build PowerShell-based automations to streamline administration tasks.
Develop integrations using the Microsoft Graph API to extend M365 capabilities.
Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions for business processes.
Plan and execute SharePoint Online migrations with governance standards.
Support Entra ID integration with group management and access policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design modern SharePoint sites with strong information architecture.
Monitor the M365 roadmap and document configurations and runbooks.
