Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing Microsoft 365 estates across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform and Purview.
• Ability to produce high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) designs and maintain design decision records and reference patterns.
• Client-facing, onsite role collaborating with IT leadership, security and infrastructure teams and guiding offshore L3 engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the target state architecture for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams and Purview.
• Produce and maintain design docs, standards & reference patterns; secure governance approvals.
• Define tenant baselines and lifecycle policies for sites, groups, guests and external sharing.
• Lead design reviews and approve changes that are high risk or architecturally significant.
• Oversee mail flow, security, and compliance architecture across Exchange Online, Defender for Office 365, DKIM/DMARC.
• Govern Power Platform governance, ALM and automation opportunities to reduce incidents.
