Job summary

JourneyTeam is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator and Security Analyst to provide an exceptional technology experience. This role blends internal IT service, identity and access management, endpoint administration, compliance support, and office technology operations.

Based on-site in Draper, UT, you will handle day-to-day IT support, IAM tasks, device security, and office technology. A candidate with strong service mindset and security focus will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT support, systems administration, or related technical role.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and Windows devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint-management platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, MFA, SSO, and access-control concepts.
• Ability to work on-site regularly in Draper, UT.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive IT support for hardware, software, and productivity tools including Microsoft 365.
• Manage service requests from intake through resolution, updating users on progress.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices and conference room technology.
• Support identity and security tasks such as MFA, SSO, and access reviews.
• Assist with device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and device compliance.
